1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our Exchanges and Returns policy, Order and Delivery policy, Payment policy, Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

2. Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. Typing errors, pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. The available payment methods, including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing time: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time after processing: the average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, depending on your location.

Some orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier or fulfilment partner. Our shipping partners include Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners where applicable.

The stated delivery timeframes are indicative only. Delays caused by high order volume, public holidays, carrier delays, customs checks or unexpected delivery network delays do not give an automatic right to cancellation or refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Exchanges and Returns policy for all return conditions. Cancelling an order after it has been placed is not always possible once the order has entered processing. A refund or chargeback cannot be opened before the item has been received and the return or refund request has been assessed according to our policy.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item. Please always check your address details carefully before placing an order.

All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Melbourne Finest Label and may not be used, copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@melbournefinestlabel.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size, fit or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Australia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
