By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, our exchanges and returns policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy and cookie policy.

  1. Product Information

We do our best to describe our products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. Typing errors, pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.

  1. Orders and Payment

Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. The available payment methods, including Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location.

  1. Processing and Delivery

Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China; customs costs may apply.

The stated delivery timeframes are indicative only. Delays caused by high order volume, public holidays, carrier delays or customs procedures do not give an automatic right to cancellation or refund.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Exchanges and Returns policy for all return conditions. Cancelling an order after it has been placed is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be opened before the item has been received.

  1. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item. Please always check your address details carefully before placing an order.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Melbourne Finest Label and may not be used without prior written permission.

  1. Complaints Procedure

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@melbournefinestlabel.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size, fit or quality, please always include clear photos and a description of the issue.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Australia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
