Processing Time (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.

Delivery Time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures.

Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and lower CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Because of this, customs fees may apply depending on the country of delivery. Our shipping partners are Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking — Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the parcel is delivered to their home address or redirected to a collection point, and for collecting it there if necessary.
If delivery takes longer than expected or if there is an issue, please always email info@melbournefinestlabel.com first instead of directly opening a chargeback or refund.

Shipping Responsibility
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
