1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.

2. Delivery Time

After processing, the average delivery time is 6 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, customs checks or unexpected delays within the delivery network.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

To keep our collection accessible and reduce unnecessary storage and overproduction, some orders are shipped directly from our trusted supplier or fulfilment partner. Our shipping partners include Australia Post and other trusted delivery partners where applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may depend on the destination, order value and selected shipping method.

5. Tracking and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the tracking link provided by email.

The customer is responsible for checking whether the parcel is delivered to their home address or redirected to a collection point, and for collecting it there if necessary.

6. Shipping Responsibility

If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer.
